Located in Denizli, this commercial and office building brings together work, dining and everyday social activity along the edge of a public park. The design establishes a pedestrian frontage that connects the commercial spaces with the park, while vehicular access remains along the adjacent street. A stone-clad base supports distinct brick volumes above, with setbacks and terraces articulating the transition from public uses to more private working spaces.

The programme is organized across two commercial levels and an upper office floor. At the lower level, restaurants, cafés and a bakery open toward the pedestrian forecourt, allowing indoor activities to extend into the outdoor setting. Service and storage spaces occupy the rear, keeping the park-facing frontage available for public use. The upper commercial level opens onto a shared terrace that accommodates café seating alongside a clear circulation route between entrances.

The projecting terrace slab also forms a canopy over the recessed shopfronts below, providing shelter and defining the depth of the pedestrian edge. A broad external staircase connects the forecourt to this elevated level, with adjacent planting softening the transition. The external stair serves the commercial levels, while an internal stair and lift core provide access to the offices.

On the upper floor, four office volumes are separated by three open terrace intervals and connected by shared circulation to the rear. This arrangement introduces outdoor spaces into the working environment and divides the building into a series of smaller masses. The alternation of solid volumes and open intervals establishes the stepped silhouette, while a rounded corner carries the brick coursing continuously around the building’s edge.

Terracotta brick lends texture and material depth to the upper volumes, contrasting with the ivory-beige travertine used on the commercial base, stairs and landscape walls. Slender dark frames emphasize the glazed openings, while transparent balustrades preserve views between the terraces and park. These material choices reinforce the spatial hierarchy, giving each part of the programme a distinct expression within a unified architectural composition.
