SETÜSTÜ

The project is located in the silhouette of Kabataş, Setüstü Bosphorus, 2 different building masses are designed as a single entrance on the area with a slope of approximately 20m. These two attached buildings are planned with office and housing programs with mixed use, and they are located in the Bosphorus silhouette. The passage left on the ground floor in the building related with the road provides access to the building located in the courtyard without a road connection of the parcel. In the 20m-high courtyard structure, the terraced houses that integrate with the dramatic elevation difference are designed.
