Abdi İpekçi 45 is settled on Abdi İpekçi Street, Nişantaşı. Front facade that is facing the street is holding the living spaces while the back facade that is facing the inner courtyard is designed for the bedrooms. The aim of the project is to reflect the architectural identity of the art deco era with using the materials of the present.
